Prepropr.com makes no claims, guarantees or warranties in regard to accuracy or completeness of information and cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions or any liability resulting from the use or misuse of any such information. The provider reserves the right to refuse any material not in keeping with the professional standards of Prepropr. Further, there is no claim made to the legality or decency of material contained within linked sites, and all links are to be accessed at the user's own risk. Prepropr.com, at its sole discretion, may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this website at anytime.

Prepropr.com Suppliers
A Prepropr.com Supplier is an annual paid premium listing on Prepropr.com that provides access to all services including targeted leads. Prepropr.com Suppliers portfolios supersede all other listings with bold text and icon. Prepropr.com Suppliers’ portfolios display: full contact information, description of products and services, links to email and web site, credits, clients, and jobs, associations/organizations, and a gallery to stream media. (Additional charge for streaming) Prepropr.com Supplier listings will automatically renew unless notified 10 days prior to renewal date. Prepropr.com Suppliers will be notified of renewal by email. It is Prepropr.com Suppliers responsibility to keep all portfolio information up to date and accurate. Prepropr.com suppliers who elect to pay monthly and cancel their membership before fulfilling their annual contract will be charged an early termination fee of $150. (Early termination fee only applies to the first year of service)
All Prepropr.com Suppliers will be reviewed and are subject to approval by Prepropr.com before placement. Prepropr.com reserves the right to reject any company, individual, description, graphic, or URL. Prepropr.com Suppliers may only contact Buyers in regards to specific requests that Suppliers have received through the Prepropr.com Request Engine.
Prepropr.com reserves the right to revise its Prepropr.com Suppliers rates at any time. Violation of any part of this agreement may result in termination of Supplier privileges and the forfeiture of any and all payments made to Prepropr.
Prepropr.com Request Engine
Prepropr.com reserves the right to monitor all requests submitted to the Prepropr.com Request Engine. Requests determined inappropriate, at the sole discretion of Prepropr.com, will be deleted from the system. Prepropr.com monitors requests to qualify the best possible leads for Prepropr.com suppliers and to ensure the best possible responses for our buyers.
Classifieds
Prepropr.com's Classifieds section is a service that brings buyers and sellers together. The seller, not Prepropr.com, supplies information about a particular product or service. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller/provider. Though we hope that all who come to Prepropr.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information they supply or guarantee the products or services they offer. When using this service to find a product or service or, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would in selling goods and services through, or responding to, a classified ad in the newspaper.

Those who offer products and services through Prepropr.com should be prepared to provide the product or service they advertise at the price(s) at which, and the terms of which, they advertise them. To list any product or service on Prepropr.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information should accurately identify the seller and the method of contact should permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller without any alteration to the content of their communications. Prepropr.com reserves the right to deny use of this service to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses the service in manner we consider inappropriate. Prepropr.com acts as a venue for companies to post job opportunities. Prepropr.com does not screen or censor the profiles or other information. Prepropr.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of companies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

Prepropr.com acts as a venue for companies and individuals to post events and other online resources for the production community. Although we strive to maintain these areas with the most informative and accurate information, we can't insure the complete and total accuracy of the items and events posted in these sections.

Terms of Use
(A) A user shall use prepropr.com for lawful purposes only. A user shall not post or transmit through prepropr.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without prepropr.com's express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Any conduct by a user that in prepropr.com's discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying prepropr.com will not be permitted. A user shall not use prepropr.com to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with prepropr.com.
(B) Prepropr.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of prepropr.com are copyrighted as a collective work under united states copyright laws. Prepropr.com owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. This includes search directory listings, job listings, equipment listings, newsstand, calendar events, classified listings and all other content on prepropr.com. A user may download copyrighted material for their personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of prepropr.com and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. A user acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
(C) A user shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on prepropr.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with the user. A user shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. By submitting material to any public area of prepropr.com, a user automatically grants, or warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted prepropr.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. A user also permits any other user to access, view, store or reproduce the material for that user's personal use. A user hereby grants prepropr.com the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any material made available on prepropr.com by that user.
(D) The foregoing provisions of section 1 are for the benefit of prepropr.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
No Warranties
The service (to include options) is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed, implied or statutory including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness of the service for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any third party rights. Prepropr.com makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or information sent or accessed through its site or that the service will be error free.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall prepropr.com and its subsidiaries, directors, employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits) whether or not foreseeable, that result in any way from a customer's use of or inability to use the service or the equipment obtained through the service, or customer's reliance on information provided, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions or any failure of performance, even if prepropr.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, prepropr.com's entire liability under or existing out of this agreement is limited to the sum total of payments made by customer to prepropr.com during the six months immediately preceding the event for which damages are claimed. No action or proceeding against prepropr.com may be commenced more than one (1) year after the service giving rise to the claim is rendered.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold prepropr.com and its subsidiaries, directors, employees and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses or damages, including attorney's fees, relating to any violation of this agreement by customer or placement of or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the internet by customer or user authorized by customer to do so. This indemnification shall survive the termination of the agreement.
